Amyloglucosidase Concentrate 20ml TDF84
This enzyme formulation was developed specifically for use in the ANKOM TDF Dietary Fiber Analyzer. With all of the necessary ingredients in this concentrated formula, add the correct amount of water, and the enzyme solution is ready for use in the instrument.
When running 991.43/985.29 methods, this product has enough enzyme for approximately 100 ANKOM TDF Dietary Fiber Analyzer assays. When running 2009.01/2011.25 CODEX methods, this product has enough enzyme for approximately 480 ANKOM TDF Dietary Fiber Analyzer assays.
Contents: 20 ml; 3,260 U/ml; in 50% glycerol + 0.09% sodium azide. From A. niger. Highly purified.
