Single-use homogenization of tissue samples without risk of cross-contamination:In the field of life sciences and biological applications, precision is crucial.The UTTD control Life Science Solution package was specially put together by the IKA product experts to meet the critical challenges of homogenizing tissue, cartilage and bone samples: homogeneous comminution of the samples and protection against cross-contamination.
The package includes the powerful ULTRA-TURRAX® Tube Drive P control homogenization system, which has been designed for universal use. In combination with the patented DT-20 disposable dispersing chambers with 20 ml volume and rotor-stator element, this system ensures optimum sample comminution and fast and uniform homogenization of the samples.The hermetically sealable disposable sample containers serve simultaneously as a dispersion vessel, storage unit and transport container. They significantly reduce the cleaning effort and systematically eliminate cross-contamination. Users benefit from reduced handling costs and a lower number of incorrect analyses. Samples can be collected or media added via the pierceable membrane in the vessel lid.
