A.Krüss Optronic densimeter sets
Our DS7000 density meters are available in two versions –DS7700 and DS7800. Their only difference lies in themeasuring accuracy; all other characteristics are identical.The devices are very robust, compact and yet precise andsuitable for nearly all liquids, emulsions, pastes etc. thanksto the chemical-resistant parts made of borosilicate glassand PTFE that are in contact with the sample.
The samples are supplied manually via syringe, semi-automaticallyvia peristaltic pump or fully automatically via autosampler.Highly viscous samples are usually supplied with asyringe; low-viscous to slightly viscous samples can also besupplied with a peristaltic pump or an autosampler. We providesuitable density meter sets for any working method andany type of sample that include all the required accessoriesfrom tube sets to nozzles and adaptors to splash guards forthe manual supply of aggressive substances.
Once the measurement has started, the measuring chamberand the sample will be maintained at the right temperatureand the display will quickly show the measured values onthe selected scales. Whether it is the density, the relativedensity, Brix, the concentration of alcohol or sulphuric acidor other user-configured scales – the possibilities arealmost unlimited.
The user can also choose between two measurement methods:the measurement with a manual measurement timeinput and an optimised measurement time thanks to automaticstability recognition. Our devices will always requirea sample volume of less than 1 ml. The U-tube oscillator iscleaned by rinsing it with the appropriate medium suppliedwith a syringe or peristaltic pump. Just one keystroke isneeded to have the drying unit eliminate all liquid residues.The drying unit DS7060 with its 3/2-way valve allows for afully automatic drying.
Our density meters feature a self-explanatory, well-arrangeduser interface, which makes it easy even for non-expertpersonnel to operate the device. A state-of-the-art TFTdisplay ensures a clear, bright representationof all theinformation. The integrated touch-screen tops off theconvenient user experience.
