A new dimension of energy efficiency and precision
This powerful climate chamber with Advanced Peltier Technology has more than earned the 'eco’ epithet. In continuous operation, it works around 90% more energy efficiently than compressor-cooled devices, does not require any refrigerant and is therefore nearly maintenance-free. The temperature control from +0 ºC to +70 ºC as well as the active humidification and dehumidification from 10% to 90% rh in the HPPeco are optimally tailored to the requirements of stability tests in pharmaceutical industry (Q1A). Due to its quiet operation the compact constant climate chamber is also suitable for breeding insects or zebra fish.

Memmert Peltier appliances with excellent performance
The new Memmert constant climate chamber HPPeco andthe cooled incubator IPPeco operate with a hitherto unrivalled efficiency. In terms ofenergy consumption, they leave both compressor-cooled appliances and appliances withprevious Peltier technology far behind. With a maximum interior volume of 2140 litres,the new products are also suitable for use in large laboratories.Significantly reduced energy consumption
With the introduction of the Peltier-cooled incubator IPP in 2000, Memmert was the first manufacturer worldwide to prove that energy-saving Peltier technology can also beused for heating and cooling powerful temperature control appliances. Now thesouthern German laboratory appliance manufacturer has given its two Peltier flagshipsan extensive facelift. Thanks to perfectly coordinated systems, the HPPeco constantclimate chamber and the IPPeco cooled incubator achieve new top values in energyefficiency. "With this, we have finally put the subject of low efficiency of Peltier elementsto rest," explains Philipp Schwarm, Managing Director and Head of R&D at Memmert.Internal measurements show that the energy consumption of both new Peltierappliances remains far below that of standard appliances on the market at every climatepoint according to ICH-Guideline Q1A and at every set temperature.
Homogeneous, constant and reproducible
The fine-tuning of design and control also optimised the reliability of the two Peltierdevices. The extremely homogeneous and stable temperature distribution guaranteesreproducible results over a long period of time. In addition, the IPPeco cooled incubatorcontributes to a more efficient daily laboratory routine with extremely short times forrecovery after door opening, as well as heating and cooling.
