• Chemisch bestendige pompopstelling op basis van de membraanpomp type MZ 2CNT
• Uitgevoerd met 2 vacuümaansluitingen en een afscheider aan de zuigzijde en een waterkoeler aan de drukzijde, compact opgebouwd op een pompdrager
• De rondkolven hebben een inhoud van 500ml en zijn gecoat teneinde implosies te voorkomen
• Gegevens van de membraanpomp: Tweetrapspomp, 2 cylinders met uitmuntende bestendigheid tegen agressieve gassen. Alle materialen die in contact kunnen komen met de gassen zijn vervaardigd van hoogwaardige fluorpolymeren
• Zeer lange levensduur van kleppen en membranen, gecombineerd met een onderhoudsvrij aandrijfsysteem maken de pomp ook geschikt voor continue gebruik
• Compleet met gasbalastventiel voor optimale prestaties ook bij het werken met gemakkelijk condenseerbare dampen

This chemistry vacuum system provides the simultaneous operation of two processes with only one pump. Typical applications are rotary evaporators, vacuum concentrators and vacuum drying ovens. Each vacuum connection is provided with a manual flow control valve to regulate the effective pumping speed. The separator at the inlet (AK), made of glass with a protective coating, retains particles and liquid droplets. The waste vapor condenser at the outlet (EK) is highly efficient and compact. The condenser enables near-100-percent solvent recovery, efficient recycling and active protection of the environment.
