Vul onderstaand formulier in en stuur dit samen met uw monstermateriaal op aan:

LET OP: Per formulier kan slechts één monster van het materiaal worden verzonden. Als u verschillende materialen wilt sturen dienen hiervoor verschillende formulieren te worden aangemaakt. Voor deze test verzoeken wij u maximaal twee monsters aan te leveren waarmee u kan vaststellen of de apparatuur geschikt is voor uw applicatie. Vragen? Bel onze specialisten 0320-266171.
